About the machine

The DozzIt Essense filling machine is suitable for filling highly aromatic products such as perfumes and essential oils in micro and small doses such as 5 ml., 10 ml., 50 ml., 100 ml. and others. The machine is equipped with a peristaltic pump, the main advantages of which are accuracy and hygiene. The fluid only comes into contact with a special silicone hose, which is pressed by the rollers of the pump, thus being pushed towards the dosing end. The fluid does not come into contact with the pump, which means that only the hose is washed after completion of work. The variety of hoses allows filling of highly acidic or basic products. This machine does not require deaeration as it self-primes from your container.

Main advantages

DozzIt Essense is a compact and precise dispenser aimed at small and medium production processes. Made entirely of chrome-nickel material for the body and equipped with a peristaltic pump, the Essense model has significant advantages compared to other machines in this class.

The peristaltic pump with which the machine works guarantees precise dosing, as depending on the volume to be dosed, a hose with a larger or smaller internal cross-section can be selected. Depending on the type of product, different hose materials can also be selected.

Modes

There are two operating modes - automatic (doser) and manual (pump). In the automatic mode, the machine performs a preset dose (e.g. 5 ml. 25 ml. 100 ml.), and in the manual mode it can be used as a filling pump at the discretion of the operator. In both operating modes, there is a "reverse suction" function, in which after filling, the machine makes several revolutions of the motor in the opposite direction to suck in the residual drop or stop unwanted dripping.

Ramps

The filling process is optimized thanks to the "ramp" function. It allows for a two-fold reduction in the motor speed during the first and last 30% of the operating time. Thanks to this function, the fluid is filled smoothly at the beginning with a lighter stream. At the end of the working program, the machine slows down again, which allows the foam to subside. The final ramp favors the filling of containers with narrower shapes at the top.
